I owe someone in /fa/ several beers. They advised me against getting leather sole boots so I opted for Gorrillas. Seriously one of the best decisions I've made. Not sure how /fa/, but I've worn them every day for over 11 months, and wear them to work. More comfortable than tennis shoes. Made in the US. Pic sort of related. Mine look similar but don't have the gorilla stamp.

I'm looking through this thread, and not seeing anything that looks like it can actually stand up in real winter conditions. Minnesotafag here, and I need some boots to trek through 6-12" of snow on the reg without getting my feet soaked through.

The only things that I've seen that look utilitarian enough are bean/sorel boots which are pretty pleb. Do I just have to put function over style for this case?
