hard to tell, could be a thrifted piece, i find plenty of chore jackets but none with lapels like that. In the first picture i posted it looks waxed but in the others it doesnt, ive tried to find more pics so far this is it

Not exact but pretty close. Has the same type lapel and shoulder stiching. He probably thrifted it at some point
