Where does one get skinny jeans for very skinny people? What are some styles I can do that won't expose my stringbean arms?

That's what I do, but it's kind of uncomfortable in Florida :/

Look for skinny jeans that are a blend with an elastic fabric rather than straight cotton. Something with a small percentage of Lycra or elastane is made to stretch to allow it to be more form fitting and therefore will be properly skinny on skinny legs.

The downside is they'll stretch out of shape and get bagged knees quicker, but it's all a matter of what your priority is - longevity or fit.

Asos offers a 4 but they've upper waist measurements recently iirc so their 4 is more like a 6.

Reiss 6 runs smaller than every other store and is more comparable to a 4 than a standard 6.

H&M 32 is a 4 equivalent, rather than the 6 they sometimes claim.

If you like intentionally oversized looking clothes Olive Clothing is great, I'm a 4 but often wear their s-m.

American Apparel XS and XXS can fit like a 2-4 depending on item. Some waists can run looser unexpectedly though, so trying on is recommended.

If you do decide to go for children's clothes, Zara childrens knitwear is the shit. I buy it constantly because it's better quality than their usual stuff and cheaper.

No problem! Just a word of warning that the h&m XS doesn't seem directly comparable to the 32 even though they're both the smallest in their size variations.
The XS seems more like a true 6, but the "6"/32 is about a size smaller.

American Eagle have jeans that are skinnier than in most other stores I've been to.
