>You don't have to necessarily order a t-shirt with a print of a plant. You can buy one at the thrift shop or look for one in your moms wardrobe. The dude also orders iron-on adhesive, but you can also lockstitch or blind hem that large patch by hand or machine. Optionally, you can dye the parka first.

I want to put this on white tee. If I use iron-on adhesive will the white from around the bikers stand out too much from the white of the t-shirt? There's no way I can cut off all the white from inside the wheels/ between the arms and the bikes etc. but I don't want it to look like a silly cut out.

The pants on themselves have a symmetry. I don't find them bad. That depends more on what you wear next to it. FE Does the sweater fit with the pants?
