How do I get my hair to look like this?

Don't do it anon, my hair grows naturally like this and it's a bitch to manage. It's very awkward looking if you don't have the face to pull it off

If you really want to though, you're gonna probably want to do a cold shower, grow long hair and get it ran by a texture brush by your barber, and put in some light matte clay/gel to keep it somewhat shaped
