Been on the Acne.org Regimen, it took me from severe to moderate acne, but it seems to have stagnated. Any advice on how to be completely clear?

L'Occitane products: are they worth it for the body? Their facial masks were GOAT but the one I used to love theyve stopped producing.

maybe using a soap to harsh on your skin? I use dove sensitive skin bar of soap and I used to have really bad bacne that has cleared up for the most part now.

I've started eating healthier and running daily, but I still have bacne. I shower after every run and use gentle soap and change my sleeping shirt nightly. What's the problem?

I've always had a nice speckling of bacne, using a hand towel and sort of flossing by back with it in the shower gives it just enough exfoliation to help.

How does ambient heat effect skin? I work with machinery and it gets pretty hot.
