What was your work out plan like?did you incorporate any cardio?how do you look now and how long did it take.
>>11649772
Why should i do to make it better
>>11649965
That bad*
>>11649965
definitely not that bad afterall, the poorly fitting shirt made it look way worse than it actually was.
Just start out with some push ups. Three sets per day and slowly increase the amount you do over the next few weeks.

Yeah the shirt is pretty bad it was a gift and i just use it for sleeping and working out.
I might put together a workout plan that involves squats, deadlifts, pull ups, lat pull downs, push ups and morning jogs and sprints or just do boxing again.

But i kinda of want to play on a ultimate Frisbee team because it something me and my friends like but i know boxing is a better workout or is ultimate Frisbee fine for building my body.
>>11650126
ultimate frisbee is a lot more cardio, not really useful for building your body. Boxing involves lots of cardio as well, but will also help develop more muscle

Based on this were would i fit on the here and how would i fix my posture
>>11650851
If i was going to do ultimate i would do weight lifting and calisthenics aswell.
