I fucking love yellow, but you have to be careful what colors you pair it with. I'd skip black, so you don't look like a honey bee. The best colors to wear with a lemon yellow like that are:

>a dark teal
>a cobalt blue
>a seafoam green
>a medium lavender

I'm looking for a yellow jacket similar to the Eisenhower jacket.
Was thinking of copping a dickies Eisenhower and try to dye it/crop the sleeves at the wrist. But I'd rather a more "tech" looking jacket.

i liked them too, but i got one and regret it. its gaudy and hard to match with most of the fits i wear. I always revert back to my black or red raincoats (from vancouver so i have a lot of coats).
