You can't if you don't have the growth, you can try trimming it real short and it might look ok, but with trimming you have to taper and make it look natural which is hard

You can try using minoxidil in your face, it works for a lot of people.

Increasing your testosterone levels also helps, at least for me. My beard got much thicker since I started taking e-test.

If nothing works, you can always do some hair transplant surgery. Its easy and works 100%, but its kinda expensive.

If you have the sort of facial hair that goes through a stage of looking valmorphanised for a few weeks when growing it out, a potent conditioner goes a long way.

Options in escalating order of desperation:

Minoxidil
- Google "minoxidil beard" and check for images and instructions. It's the most common OTC treatment. Some parts of the beard you've gained will be lost once you cease treatment.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
- See a doctor and check your testosterone levels. It might be in the low range (<400 ng/dl), but doesn't have to be. Supplementing with testosterone, with a topical gel for example, will often increase typical male features such as beard or overal body hair. It may not increase the number of facial hairs you have, but it may increase their thickness. It will also quicken male androgenic alopecia, if you have the genes for this. Google "trt beard".

Other Androgenic Anabolic Steroids (AAS)
- Ask in /fraud/ in /fit/ for beard gains. This and TRT often needs to be combined with substances such as minox and others. Also good to use it on your scalp to save the hair. Can't really be recommended due to the risks involved.

Body hair transplantation
- You can move hair follicles from any part of the body to another, and get the desired shape any amount anywhere. The hairs will not change in the way they grow, though, so a leg hair follicle transplanted to your face will not grow beyond their past length. Mostly only good for getting rough body hairs for a nice five o'clock shadow.
