Could you get any less specific? Do you refer only Northern Germany, a minor part of the nation, presumably also excluding Austria and the Germans in Eastern Europe? And how late did this mixing occure? Racial studies and statistics from the late 19th to early 20th century, the ones relevant to the Nazis ideology, have blond hair in the minority.
