How does fa get/stay skinny? I'm currently doing a 500 calorie

How does fa get/stay skinny? I'm currently doing a 500 calorie a da diet but I'm worried about long term metabolic damage, ie I'll get fatter in the future by still eating the same amount.
I nver have a lot of energy regardless of how much i eat so i dont excersise a lot, pretty lame excuse but whatever.
Any advice?

You're supposed to eat 500 less than your TDEE, not 500 in total.

That's fucking retarded. Stop you will just seriously damage your body.

First you won't get skinny in week or month. It will take at least year or more (depending where you are). You also don't lower your in take drastically like that but step by step by smaller margins. Unless you want to have some serious health issues.

Lower your calorie in take step a time, exercise, give it a time and you will get skinny and be healthy.
