Bought these. They're great in the ankle/back, but are loose at the front, and its physically not possible to get them in the tightest hole in the front strap since they're tapered from there. Everything else fits perfect so sizing down will likely render them too small. Should I just give up on this sandal and try some other design of similar style?

Even the seemingly inexpensive ones are way above the price to manufacture them. How much could a basic Teva sandal cost to make? 4$ sole, 3$ velcro, 4$ gorilla glue, 2$ worth of plastic?
