Depends on your hair type, but in general I'd say yes! just try to avoid getting it on your face. For some people it can make the hair very stiff (I think this means you are protein sensitive but don't quote me on that)

If you have straight/wavy hair, use it as a hair mask/pre-shampooing treatment.

If you have afro/very curly hair, use it as above OR use it as a leave in sealant after washing.
