You can't have migration era Norse runes for "live slow" (mostly because we don't have a good migration era dictionary) so we're gonna have to use the younger futhark.

Here's the best translation I've got, "live slow" doesn't directly translate into old norse, so I had to change it to "Live slowly". Vowels are tricky, due to there only being 3 written vowels.

Phonetically in english this would be pronounced "lee-fa see-int" or "lifa seint".

sounds cool desu. i'd move his left arm (the far one) below his waste or whatever, like blowing in the wind, and add a little triangle at the bottom of the circle to balloonify it, then tie the string around his wrist, keeping the right hand where it is. minimal changes i think while retaining the balloon idea

i mean in changing the design you lose a teensy bit of authenticity or whatever, but it also makes it more special and personalized. so yeah, both ways have their merits
