got a couple. want to get these two guys done but don't have a guy in this city. it's from a scroll that's the first japanese work of narrative through procedural image (aka comics/manga)

anyone know good studio in chicago who can do this kind of work?

I don't think this would translate well to a tattoo. Line breaks like the ones in both of the characters' bodies make things hard to read/just don't really look good as tattoos. All my opinion so take it with some salt.
