if you're fairly skinny and have hair it can be hot as fuck

the trick is to make it very subtle, maybe some smudged brown eyeshadow around and under your eyes

Use eyeliner the way eyeliner was intended: to show off and accentuate your eyes. If you have shit eyes, don't wear eyeliner. If you have nice eyes, wear whatever to draw attention to them (and away from the rest of your horrible appearance)
