The back of my head is fucking full of hair but i feel like my frontal hairline is getting worse day by day and there's nothing i can do

I can still hide it decently but as soon as it gets a little windy outside or i just get a little sweaty my skin reveals.

Keep in mind:
1. you get a scar at the back of your head so you'll NEVER be able to actually buzz your head again.
2. You still lose your hair, so you'll need to go in for touchups every few years
3. Its $10k MINIMUM, and you look fucking ridiculous for ~3 months after the procedure.

If you're really far gone, i guess its the best alternative. Otherwise you should go on the meds to maintain what you have left and hope theres some medical breakthrough until the stem cell hairtransplants become affordable.

FUE in a foreign countries is quite cheap. I'd go for that if you want a quick fix.

Minoxidil is basically poison to dilate blood vessells and damages skin.

There are treatments coming out within the next year involving blood injections and stem cells that seem very promising. Also the prostaglandin protocol seems promising.

You can also get scalp pigmentation cheap as fuck, and it looks pretty good.

I'm NW1.5 atm holding on, thankfully I have the money for a transplant and am maintaining/regrowthing with dermarolling/castor oil and shit. I personally am waiting for kelopesia (rubbing turkish foreskin stem cells on head).
