I don't know what you classify as streetwear, but Margiela (until FW 2015) and KvA, have stuff (54 IT, XXL) that fits me perfectly. There are many other brands, but I don't know what exactly you are looking for. I'm not familiar with black streetwear.

Mishka, THLA, and Reigning Champ all sell in larger sizes anon but finding a stockisrlt will be tricky Haven is gonna be a good place to check cuz you can filter by size

Still very do able, just need to look harder, once you find brands that make such a size it is easy because they never sell out of the larger sizes

Outerwear is pretty easy to find in xxl, you will have to pass up on some great stuff because they don't make it in your size but it is definetly out there

Don't even bother trying to find decent shoes, you won't find anything decemt above size 14 us
