I used to weigh a lot but now I'm a spooky skeleton, what worked for me was drinking a lot of water, eating less than 2000 calories per day (non-processed food) and start running and/or cycling

I was somewhere close to 190 I think and it took around 7 months, you can't expect this to be an easy process
