Lots of places in Canada stock WIP. Nomad, Lost & Found, Understudy. Working Title and Gravity Pope used to, not sure anymore. That's just off the top of my head, and mostly all in Toronto.

Tanner makes nice basic belts. Maple and Hender do too, but they're expensive.
