What does /fa/ eat?
>>
i eat big stinky turds for breakfast, lunch and dinner, big ol stinky poop sausages in my mouth yum yum in my tum tum, one more please mummy
>>
I skip breakfast every morning for a daily 16 hour fast. Instead I take a cold shower

I break my fast with raw egg dropped into a fresh bowl of rice with natto and soy sauce. Very nutritious, very quick to prepare. It may be a little too difficult for some normals but I try to stay on the avant-garde

I eat dates, kimchi and sauerkraut for snacks. A few dates will give you energy to last the whole day. Fermented foods (natto included) are probiotic and packed with nutrients. Raw foods in general are good for you

I have soylent. It may be a little too difficult for some normals but I try to stay on the avant-garde

That diet must be terrible for your testosterone man. Not only are raw eggs not healthy, but eating that amount of soy everyday isn't healthy either.

If you want to stay skinny, that's one thing. But you're going retardmode here.

Breakfast: Oats, two eggs, two bananas. Always 500g mozzarella. Sometimes I'll make a calorie bomb shake because I work in a restaurant and I get very low on energy if I eat after work and go without food for eight hours.
Lunch: if I am at work, I'll eat a vegetarian burrito or a burger without bun and guacamole on the side. It's very, very tasty and the quality is superb - but it's not very healthy.
Dinner: Sometimes I won't cook anything and I'll just eat 3+ bananas with milk and eggs. If I do cook it's usually chicken and rice, though.

What I didn't mention in this post until now is that I binge eat nandos at least twice a week.
>>
>>11257745
I also eat a lot of nuts and fruit throughout the day as snacks. I never drink soda or eat candy, because sugar makes your face bloat (so does carbs). I also drink a lot of water to hydrate the face.

Hey guys I'm retarded, what's wrong with soy?
>>
>>11257739
>>11257813
Fermented soy is very different from unfermented soy, which is what you find in tofu, soy milk, etc. Estrogen isn't a problem. Fermented soy is only really available as miso, natto and soy sauce - not kikkoman shit, you need to get actual soy sauce, you can find it online for pretty cheap

Also, I'm aware of the importance of healthy testosterone. Cold showers boost its production. I didn't mention it, but I also eat a "cruciferous vegetables mix" salad from trader joes, which are specifically also beneficial to testosterone production. I do a workout of squats, pushups and pullups before eating the egg, natto & rice meal, I think it's called Tamago gohan fyi

Raw eggs are incredibly healthy. Cooking the yolk destroys the majority of its nutrients. The only concern is salmonella as they're unwashed. The rate of salmonella is something like 20% on standard grade eggs in the US in one small-sample study, but it's exceedingly low for free range. I wouldn't recommend eating anything less than free range raw in the US.

Raw egg as an ingredient is an uncommon in the western world but are a staple in Japanese cuisine - something not being selected against after centuries of cultural evolution makes a more convincing argument than any FDA study, imo.

>>11258317
I've never been much of a farter. It's just not part of who I am, regardless of what I eat.

I don't think I worded it clearly, but soylent is somewhat the base of my diet, providing more balanced nutrients that I'd miss from an otherwise fairly specified mealset. I drink one glass a day - I would drink 3 a day if I lived exclusively on soylent. I still also eat out often as a part of my lifestyle.

You guys will catch up to me eventually. I'm living the future. As an artist, I have an obligation to push boundaries forward. I have a duty to lead my fellow man. I must be the avant-garde inside and out, unconditionally. I am fighting on the frontline. Only the best and bravest stand at my side.

I recently learned eggwhites are dumb but I have high cholesterol so want to learn more before switching back.

lunch:

dinner:
>around a cup of pasta (200kcal) and a chicken breast
a beer two or three nights a week

snacks:
>20 almonds spread throughout the day
those seem to help give me energy boosts, high calorie though... like 200kcal for 20 of those fuckers.

End of the day I eat like 1700-1800kcal and weigh 145 @ 5'11 and still dropping. I'm comfortable with the amounts but want to eat healthier, any suggestions welcome!

The reason why so many do is virtue signaling. That has nothing to do with you if, as you said, you're not one of those vegans.

Also toss some recipes for the Chinese food. I usually like cooking Chinese cause it's quicker and much less cleanup cause it's all in one wok/pan.

Breakfast: Black coffee with miso soup sometimes
Lunch: Any fruit I find in my fridge, eg pears, dates grapes apple etc. along with a ham, lettuce, cheese and seeded mustard sandwich on soy and linseed bread
Dinner: Not really a set meal. It can vary from spaghetti bolognese to panang curry, but it's almost always healthy.
I think I should swap out the sandwich for a salad cause carbs are not kind to my skin. I might start running soon as well.

>tons of food
You have absolutely no idea.

I'm a 5'8" 100kg fatty, but I've lost over 10kg in a month (now slightly under 90kg) and I'm trying to learn how to dress properly from /fa/ (but I'm poor and dread having to buy clothes now that'll be too big later, but also dread looking like ass right now). At least I socialize well.

Both my parents work in the food industry; mom's a chef and and while dad's an even better chef he's a pâtissiere. They bring home tons of shit from work. Here was what I was eating daily a month ago.

>Get out of bed at 6, stuff my face with chocolate milk and over a dozen of these small salty biscuit things which are nothing but white flour, salt, and animal fat
>Buy something incredibly unhealthy at the uni buffet to snack on around 10AM, probably a whole 4-serving medium bag of cookies, share with friends but they only eat like two each
>Around 1AM I eat a huge mound of yesterday's leftovers for lunch, and I mean HUGE
>Might buy another snack at about 3PM if I was feeling super glutinous
>6PM, tea time, except I basically repeat the usual breakfast
>10PM, mom gets home which means dinner, and that means two of the biggest plates I could find overflowing with whatever the fuck there was that night; since my sister's a picky as fuck eater this was usually breaded meat and simple carbs

I eat like 1500kcals (and with actual nutrition) now and I don't get hungry, I was eating a minimum of 4000kcal a day out of habit and boredom.

>All that soy is horrid for you
I don't think it's that much. The only soy is in the tamago gohan which is known supposedly as a "complete meal." And it's all fermented soy, not tofu or anything

>Natto is packed with sugar
Is it? I get it from a local chinese grocery so I can't read the label. There was some brand that produces it organic in california but the shipping costs combined with the short expiration date makes it hard to justify, and it doesn't really taste any different to me

I also forgot to mention black coffee and cigarettes (camel red smooth 100's) throughout the day, english breakfast tea in the morning, green tea in the night, and a jug of wine after 5pm I keep refilled throughout the night (about 2 - 4 glasses nightly), if I'm not properly going out to drink

I used to drink beers every night but it has a lot of clear detriments, whereas wine has basically none and quite a few arguable benefits though the research is weak. Research which also concluded total abstinence has lower life expectancy than not, up until more than 5 drinks daily, fyi

It is in the US through so I wouldn't trust that. People don't have longevity world records here anyway. Skinny Japan knows how to live much better than the fatso population over here.

Yeah I don't trust it too deeply. It's been ~2 years since I've started the diet and used those research as justification, but iirc it was highly unclear how much of it was just general lifestyle associated with people who abstain and not the direct the effects of alcohol. Alcohol is one of those culturally sensitive areas that aren't studied very reliably at all.

But I don't really value your acquiescence to Japanese longevity either. It comes down to a lot more than diet.

Anyway, I think the safest position is to distrust abstinence from anything that's been consumed for extended periods of traditional cultures, let alone a substance that's been cultivated since before bread itself and in almost every civilization that reared its ugly head on this earth since its dawn.

I eat 215g of oats daily split into three or two meals, each serving cooked in water with very little milk and some cinnamon. If I can be bothered to spend more money, I'll have a few blueberries or half a banana to that each serving.
>>
>Breakfast
pear, rockmelon, strawberries (whatever is in-season and fills my bowl) 3 spoons of lowfat, no added suger yogurt, topped with 30g muesli
(250cal)
>Lunch
Banana, apple if I need it
>Dinner
Salad (make one up each week) with either a protein or cooked Veg

I hit a deficit most days, once or twice I'll cook a meal for my family, Ill have a croissant once a week that I make myself and freeze so i can bake them fresh. I enjoy the delicacies but I dont over indulge, always spaced out across a week. I'm trying to maintain my weight while still getting enjoyment out of eating and making good quality food. so the days I go into deficit balance out the days I eat well.

My weight keeps dropping tho, I guess I need to increase my daily diet

thanks for helping me realise that soy milk has been bringing back my acne - however i feel saying that eggs if cooked correctly can have more protein than raw

That doesn't sound right but I'm too lazy to double check my old research and happy with whatever conclusions I drew in the past. I think if you look it up you'll just end up with a bunch of dumb blogs with vague sources anyway, so it's really up in the air, but I've personally placed my faith in raw

Milk is weird. My brother randomly developed an intolerance to it. He moved from whole milk to goat milk to almond milk but each one started to give him stomach aches, and now he just doesn't drink it.

Some people I know have moved to unpasteurized milk but it's fucking illegal in my state, you have to get involved with some shady underground interestate farm co-op or something, like what the fuck
