Mair mask that you leave in the wash off
Shampoo that isn't so harsh on your hair
Find a really conditioner
Deep condition hair (leave in the conditioner that you have for 15 to 20 minutes then wash off)
Don't shower that often, every other day or every 2-3 days if you can
Don't use blow dryer or if you make sure its in a cool setting

I havent washed my hair with shampoo in 3 years.

Tablespoon or 2 of baking soda in a few cups of water. Throw that on in the shower.
