My wife and my apartment centers in natural materials. Metal, wood, glass, leather, etc. Lots of warm tones like brass, gold, redwood, mahogany, cherry, and other dark woods. We have lots of mirrors to make our apartment look larger and work with all the natural light.

Who the fuck else would pay for it. Not everyone can get a full ride scholarship.
I even know some people who got really great scholarships who still have out of pocket expenses, barring if an apartment is needed because of a lack of dorms.
