Does anybody where them as casual pants? I always thought they were mainly for work.

I've been wearing some 803's for work for about two months now. I'm disappointed that I can see the beginnings of a blowout near my crotch. The material and stitching made me think it would be very durable. They do look and feel good though.

They are just expendable skate pants that have good price/durability ratio
Like why not get wool pants or some actually good quality straight pants with pleats if you want the look.

Depends largely on where you live, but generally the looser fit of 874s seems enough to combat the weight of the fabric in the majority of north america. in other words. probably.
