Here's my attempt.

Your nose is your problem, first and foremost.

Getting that improved/fixed will make a huge difference if done right and help in hiding any flaw with jawline (your jawline isn't even horrible or anything.. but a nose job would do wonders for the harmony of your face)

Also, your upper lip looks weak. I don't know much about the types of procedures to improve this (lip lift I think?) but maybe ask BodyBuildingforums or SlutHate about that (as cancerous as parts of those sites are, a lot of people are knowledgable about this type of shit on there)

Also, you're taking pictures way too close to your face which can make you look worse. Extend your arm out fully and take the picture. Then zoom in from there if needed (it shouldn't be blurry at all)
