exchange student in Yonsei, gonna assume you'll be living on a budget. Yonsei area near other major schools so cheap and bustling

don't hit clubs anymore, but i would check out Cakeshop in itaewon. hands down best venue for dj's and under hiphop shows virgil abloh seems to do sets there every now and then (saw him a couple times spinning)

neighborhoods:
itaewon: good for drinks clubs
near itaewon check out 해방촌/경리단길 for food
가로수길: good for cafes and small shops, but this place is way too saturated with chinamen tourists

hongdae: fun drink 24hrs lots of cheap clubs and drunk girls dtf

most experimental music/performances will take place in hongdae look into it

Try venturing to 북촌/서촌 areas: these are the old neighborhoods that still have a lot of traditional houses and smaller stores/restaurants/cafes great for a walk and next to 경복궁 palace
