Yea a nose job (rhinoplasty) would do wonders and greatly improve your appearance (if you really care). I can absolutely see it.

I got mine at 19. Not sure how old you are but I'd wait until I was at least 18.

Just make 100% sure you see a top surgeon who's well accredited and reviewed well - not just the first or nearest one that pops up.
