Dont let these people put you down. You have a very nice complextion. Maybe try cutting your hair shorter and having a fringe over your forehead.

try to get some volume in your hair somehow, i have a weird face shape too and having nice hair can frame it and make it look TONS better. apart from that, just keep clean shaven and dress nice and you'll look good man. honestly, you're not that ugly.

I would either go for a shorter cut that naturally sticks up a little and shave the stache, or let your hair grow and do it's thing and go full beard mode.
Also be more confident, as a woman I've been with guys technically uglier than you because confidence is sexy
