They'll might do a CAT/SPECT-scan on you, after some initial testing.
It's important that you look this up, because there could be more areas of your brain that could be damaged.
Inability to tie shoestrings/et c is indicative of either long term motor memory loss, or simply a broken fine motor system (or both).

It could also greatly increase the risk of you getting dementia later on so... just look it up if you feel like it....
