How should I dress if I want people to know that I'm /lit/?
read a fucking book and develop your own style r-tard
seriously trying to telegraph you interest in literature as an aspect of your identity is pretentious and lame.
why do you gotta try so hard
Wool sweaters, dark blue or black slim jeans (not too tight), something inoffensive like Clarks Desert Malis. Messy hair somewhat long
Then you can be me and I'm more /lit/ than most of /lit/
Jus carry a book w u at all times or a journal that coordinates w ur fit senpai
Look cultured n stuff, I bought a pair of fake horn rimmed glasses that I utilize to make me too like a 1960's poet. I think that's a good style to emulate for trying to tell people ur literary before u even get "read the stranger" out ya mouth
That's what I do
Also, messy hair- but kept up
There's this laptop case u can get that looks like a giant book. Too lazy to find u a pic. Fuck u

i'd actually destroy fran
emulate Elias Bender, that guy looks like your classic depraved poet
>>11109226
Judging by a quick glance at google image results, he looks like a major faggot and a try-hard. Not really a "depraved poet"
>>11109216
literally who wouldn't
>inb4 can't destroy something that's already wrecked
>>11109267
He's not a faggot he's bisexual
>>11109065
Orthodox-core.
Or just go full on laconophile and dress in a chiton while neglecting haircuts and shaving
like this.
one of these would do
>>11109065
Why would you want to go full neckbeard-core, anon?

/thread
here's what i think of when i hear /lit/:
you must be thin
messy, layered hair, length irrelevant
clean shaven or stubble, depending on age
round or half rim horn/acetate glasses, if you wear them
looser, lighter weight tees. solid colour
drapey, but still somewhat fitted, button down shirt. not ocbd/sateen/plaid
loose fitting knit sweaters. plain crewneck, cableknit, or cardigan. wool or linen are the best
maybe a topcoat if it's cold
slim dark jeans or wool trousers
worn, but clean, brouges or blutchers, maybe certain boots, can't think of a generalized style
don't really have any inspo, it's not my style. i do like big knitted sweaters though

Tweed suit and squaretoed shoes.

kek
>>11109663
thats a fucking dope fit no lie
>>11109078
I know who would ever want to convey their hobbies and interest through the clothing they wear????
>>11111536
People do it, no doubt. But it still looks lame (minus band shirts because they generally have good design). A prime example of it being lame is people who walk around in Cowadooty shirts or Halo shirts.

So...dress like a wizard.
