The Schengen Zone doesnt include countries like Ireland, UK, and former Yugoslavian countries which are all right next to countries in the Schengen Zone. You can literally drive a few hours and need to use your passport to cross a border.

Europe is a fraction of the size of America, which only shares its borders with 2 other countries. There are millions of Americans who could drive 15+ hours and still be in their own country. No European can say that.

There is literally no comparison to be made here; these meaningless statistics are just used by Euros to comfort yourselves from your inferiority complex - it eats you up that American pop culture is steadily taking over and replacing your own precious traditions.

Because for countries who are neither in the EU nor Schengen Zone like Norway, Iceland and Switzerland, you need a passport to enter the UK.

I also didnt mention in my first post, but the reason the distance between countries is such a huge factor is the cost of travel. For an American to travel to Europe or Asia it's easily a $1000 plane ticket and 8+ hour flight. Western Europeans can hop over to Russia or Turkey for far less, and faster. Regular international travel for Americans is basically reserved for the upper middle class / wealthy, or those that live close to the Canadian/Mexican borders. Not to mention the fact that we usually only get 1-2 weeks of vacation time per year, compared to Europeans who get a minimum of 4 weeks.

Basically, my point is that there are many reasons most Americans don't have passports - but "I'm dumb and I hate traveling" isn't one of them. That's just part of the retarded narrative to stereotype Americans that is rampant in Europe

NP, they had some crazy models back then designed by Roger Tallon, he is pretty unknown from the public but did managed to draw up the TGV and some funky chairs.

OH and even back then quality control was iffy, the rubber on the balls wears off quickly and the paint on the metal bracelet chips off faster then an Alfa rusts. And the rubber bands loosen quicker then the cunt on an Amsterdam hooker.
