Swap black sneakers for a low top white ones for hotter months and black sweater for a navy one and youre good. Get everything from uniqlo and splurge all of your cash on a decent pair of boots and leather jacket as that shit matters. Add black shorts for summer. You can possibly ditch the watch so you can spend more on boots and the jacket

This is how I would probably start off

>1 pair stone washed denim - maybe apcs or levis
>1 pair black denim - acne or n&f super skinny guys
>1 pair of trousers (your color choice) OR regular denim jeans

For all the tops I'd look at brands like Reigning Champs, Wings+Horns, Norse Projects, T by Wang, Our Legacy, etc: (all in black, white, grey)
>3 crew neck tshirts
>2 long sleeve shirts
>2 crew neck sweaters (off-white/ecru and any earth tone)
>optional: 1 white button up

Shoes:
