20 minutes of yoga
run 1-2 miles
squats, deadlifts, bench presses, dips, curls, laying down on bench and just lifting 2 dumbells erratically until i cant move my arms anymore, kettlebell swings, pull ups, dips, push ups, inclined sit ups with kettlebell held overhead, crunches while laying on medicine ball with kettlebell extended over head...

do most of these in no specific order, stretch and foam roll before i leave...
drink a bottle of organic kefir and eat a large, healthy, protein rich meal when i get home.

What is the best workout routine if i just want to be slim (not muscly etc) but i almost always have a morning class ? I can only run 3 times a week and usually not full running in 30 minutes, it's always run-walk-run (my stamina is so shit). Some guy here told me he only do diets and swim once a week, does it really work ?

not even trying to be an ass but you'd benefit highly from a structured routine. doing stuff like this just puts you in a long recovery time and keeps you from making linear gains.

you're not going to get 'muscly' unless you make a conscious effort to eat a shit ton while doing it
