Just got my Coto&Ciel Nile Obsidian Backpack delivered today. Spent $334 after taxes/shipping.
It's a little stiff at the moment but worth every penny.
What other backpacks are available at this price range?
Does that backpack have a hood?

It does.
I pulled it out just to see how it works. It's super thin and as loud as a bag of Sunchips, but it's practical. I could definitely imagine using it if it rains spontaneously and I dont have an umbrella.

yeah

i need a messenger bag. i use it pretty much everyday to commute to campus. don't need space for a laptop. just enough to allow for books, a change of clothes, and some toiletries.
i have a black patagonia messenger that is ripping at the shoulder, so i need to replace it asap before it rips as i'm riding.
any recs?
mission porter makes quality stuff, i'm sure, but not so keen on their aesthetic.
chrome looks like shit.
ideal: acronym 3rd arm, but i'm a uni student and can't afford to drop 1k
Just found this, Herschel Tarpaulin Settlement
Looks kinda like a Veilance Nomin but only ~$140

Ayy
>>10997906
Why not? It looks a bit different in this picture. Its just an undercut thats silver.
>>10997915
Ah. Didnt get any with hood on. It looks even more ridiculous.
Also, I had hair like this before beiber but thats everyone's go-to.

Look at Coto&Ciel's backpacks. Theyre known for being able to hold a bit. They have slighly cheaper options in different colors.
>>10997986
>Coto&Ciel
some of them do look clean, but they won't hold. they're not technical.
i'm looking for something that will withstand a beating..
anyone know where i can get any yoshida porter stuff in the us?
the extreme and heat messenger bags look just like what im looking for.
>>10997832
good lord
>>10997998
I know that Chrome bags are usually only thought of negatively, but they hold up pretty well. I used one for 5 years and it only had minor wear on it. Nothing broke. I used to for school, commuting on bike, hiking and eventually as a gym bag.
>>10997940
Mission workshop, road runner bags, trash messenger bags
>>10997800
know any good alice packs that are more minimalistic than pic related possibly
or if going with rothco alice packs, are they durable at least
>>10998084
don't get an alice pack
they're really unnecessary for most people and they can fuck up your back easily if you don't know how to size and adjust them properly.
There's a reason MOLLE is the standard now.
>>10997971
that's only $70 per month it'll last for!
W2c good laptop backpack
