You can get some telnys at ebay for like 5 usd. Cheeky breekies still making 100% profit on them though.
>>

got pics and link?
>>

The brand is HUSS. can't see the items on their page though. might be old stock. the tank was only $5

I know dyeing flecktarn parkas is not exactly cutting edge but here's my plan. Instead of dyeing it black and risking ending up with that horrible contrast stitching, I'm planning on dyeing it ith Dylon Forest Green or Olive Green. The idea is to have the pattern more subdued (light green will assimilate with dark green into an even darker shade of green) while not having the stitching stick out.

Yay or nay?
>>
>>10979683

I have never seen a good black one actually, the one in the op image is ok at best.

I would say yes, and post images of result plox

If all goes right, I hope to get it something like pic related.

what makes dyeing them black so hard?
I'm planning on doing exactly that but want it to end up slightly darker than the OP
>>
>>10979741
>They're only 80% cotton. The 20% polyester makes it hard for the dye to fully set in and it'll take multiple dyes to cover the pattern.
>The stitching is fully polyester so it won't take dye, resulting in horrible contrast stitching.
>They're big, so one dye packet might not cut it. Added tot the poly blend makes it even harder to dye.

It can be done though, but it'll take some effort. Boiling them in multiple dye packets hasbeen proven to work, using industrial dye has been proven to work, using older parkas has been proven to work. But for every success story there's a bunch of screwjobs like the OP. It's hit or miss.

I actually bought a rothco bag to keep all my motorcycle gear in yesterday.

http://www.surplusnation.com/collections/duffles-packs-bags/products/2243-rothco-canvas-shoulder-bag-earth-brown-24

Pretty sure this isn't a real surplus store but it was cheapr than in my own country by like 30 usd (even with shipping included)

w2c OP?

I have a Flecktarn bundeswehr parka with liner in size 48 (i think), this is the new version and its barely used. Still waterproof as i have never washed it

Any offers? It fits me ok with the liner but i think its still too big to be fashionable.

No pics on this computer, sorry.
>>
>>10979920
What's the actual bundeswehr size? Look at the tag and look for GR. #

>>
>>10980215
How is that even a grail?

>>10980230
Sorry bro, I sold my 7 a while back because it was too big. I need a 6 or a 1 in the chest.

Np ill just keep it in storage until someone wants it. I sold another one (8) to a hunter a while back. He got fucked up by a bear while wearing it. He still wears it hunting though. He described the quality as " Dank"

>>10979663

I also want to know where you can buy undershirts and stuff in bulk. The surplus sites i know of is way too expensive.
>>
>>10980268
ASMC.de or Varusteleka are your best bets for online cheap surplus. Otherwise, 123allesdabei on german ebay if you're in euroland.

What's been bugging me is where to buy cheap telnyashkas. Not paying 13USD for something the ruskies get for three potatoes and an egg.

Ebay has some ruskies selling those for 5-6 usd a pop. And then 2 usd for shipping.
Its still a pretty big markup as they go for like 0.2 usd in gopnikland.

I wish i could buy directly from the surplus storage houses instead and get like 20 of them for 10 dollarydoos

OP here, still monitoring this thread.

If you are a rusbro with access to a military surplus storage i'll pay pretty good for telnyashkas in bulk
>>
>>10979663
I have several milsurp telnyashkas. I love 'em but be aware that they shrink a lot in the first wash and they're pretty poorly stitched.
>>
>>10980321
Got a link? I can't find any for less than ten USD
>>
>>10980321
>5-6 usd a pop. And then 2 usd for shipping

Where my man?
Lowest I've seen them is auctions from 1 euro with 8 in shipping.
Post dem links
>>
>>10980350
Which is exactly why I don't want to pay the markup.

Bumping thread

I never got the appeal of milsurp outerwear because one might look like a school shooter at some point but i like milsurp for the basics like tshirts and underwear.

Im open for changing my views. What cool shit can i buy in euroland?
>>
>>10980230
>>10980250
How big are you guys? I just got a 7 and I'm 6'0 140 which isn't big for this board and mine seems to fit okay
>>
>>10981334

190 at 5'10

>t-thanks /fit/

With that thick liner its ok but looks bulky and i dont like overly bulky clothes

Hessian antiques is a great site for german milsurp from east and west to modern....sportsmanguide is always a great one and trident militaria. All have different countries camo at dirt cheap prices.
