Has anyone had any experience with rothco brand boots?

Ive been looking at their combat and jungle boots, but i cant get much info on them. They dont look very leathery, so im thinking they might be some rubber/synthetic leather crap.

That said, if you want decent jungle boots (as in: vietnam style jungle boots) there aren't too many options.

You don't really want these if you're looking for endurance, the boots are always propped up with newspaper and the little ribbon pins the lace goes through becomes strained by the newspaper so eventually they'll start pinging off- ruining the boot.

Stupid question, but why the Dior Combat boots are so sought after? Are they exceptionally good quality or is it the fact that they are Dior? To me they look like nice regular combat boots.

Honestly prefer the Rick boots in OP over them.

I had these ridiculous leather combat boots from rothco like a year ago and those were uncomfortable, heavy and fit shittily. But the jungle boots are fine, nothing special but the material is decent and theyre reasonably comfortable. They look alright too.
