I personally feel like Hood By Air has great shows but always looks lame on the street, even if it's a great piece. Why is this the case?

Tbh the only people I see pulling off HBA are black and brown people who are dancers, artists, musicians, rappers, etc...
I see white people where it on 125th or in Brooklyn and it looks like a costume 99% of the time.
cause only hba you see in the street is hypebeast styled garbage worn by asians and white cucks
Do you remember that goth ninja copy pasta where it talked about how the aesthetic only looked cool online where the lighting and presentation could be controlled? It's the same thing.

Because the runway shows are closer to haute coture than streetwear while still incorporating some of the RTW items, whereas in streetwear outfits people just go for the simplest option available which is just a graphic print with some jeans.
Youd never see someone wearing this in the street but it looks fucking cool on stage.
