Question, if I was to moisturize my face once a week would I be better off than someone who moisturizes 0 times a week? I am talking for when my skin ages and I get older.
Also, if I used no moisturizer and just a hydrating cleanser, would I be better off in the long run then somebody who used neither?
I hope you understand my question, thanks
Just barely. Anon I don't understand why you want to just do one thing.
You should clean moisturize each day

The moisurizers I have used have broken me out. I think they are a big cause of the acne. FIrst one was SPF neutragena which i trashed and just recently cereve lotion. So I figure I would put it on 1-2 days a week so it wouldnt make my acne much worse and hopefully still get the benefits of moisturizing
It's absolutely critical to get moisturizer that is labeled as oil-free and/or won't clog pores. Any other moisturizer will cause acne.
