Clarks Mali Boots. I just bought them 3 weeks ago and they are really really amazing. Cheap (i bought them 85 usd on amazon) solid and looking good boots. I like them more than my dr martens.

I wouldn't concern yourself with the whole meme thing. Regardless of popularity I feel that all things considered palladium's are decent footwear.

I've seen the shoes you posted on jackthreads and I believe they offer shipping to your region although I'm not entirely sure.
