Hot places have a lot of problems. One and the most common is: people smell like shit. No matter what perfume you use, the sun will mix it with your sweat. Another problem are hot places with no beach. If you wear miami clothes in, Dallas, for example, you are going to look like a retarded tourist, and that's not what people who live there want.
