Italian is amazing as you can branch out to other Latin languages.
I wouldn't recommend French because you'll sound terrible if you don't pronounce it properly. And yet sound like a dick if you try too hard.

My list of /fa/ languages would be Japanese, Italian, french in that order.
Italian is probably the most realistic and as a place the most fa too
