i like the silhouette but i realize it looks 'wack af' so i dont do it that often. i do it when its rainy or if im going in snow etc, basically if i have an excuse. but when i do it, its because i changed out of boots into shoes. if you tuck your pants like that it makes it easier to tuck your pants into your boots, so when you take your boots off, the pants are still tucked into the socks, roll it down a little so its not as egregious and pop your bad boys into some shoes and then you have an excuse of inclement walking conditions combined with wearing boots and you have a good excuse

Here in Sweden it's something everyone was forced to do by their mom when they were little kids and it was really cold outside. So it has strange connotations for me.

wf it's cold this is ok and if you're wearing boots that cover mst of the socks there is no problem at all.

wholly depends on the style you're going for though. if you're going for either a soldierly, fascist old-timey look or a feminine emo twink look this is definitely not wrong.

It looks like shit in the pics you posted, but I'm sure it can look good if done well (like anything, really).
