Eating a lot of proteins but fairly low calories and almost no sugar/fat makes my bodyfat very low and I can look lean with (skinny)abs

Breakfast: Coffee, 1/2 cup of greek yogurt with some chopped walnuts and bran buds on top and a tbsp of honey, a bannana, and some kind of fruit/nut/seed bar.
Lunch: I push "lunch" ahead to around 5pm when I get home. It usually consists of an apple or orange sometimes a salad.
Dinner: Usually some kind of protein (whatever I have), and a salad with water and maybe a tea.

I've gone down about 3 pant sizes and 2 shirt sizes in the past 6~ months, so I hope im going in the right direction.

If the problem is that your stomach is tight and cramped and you feel full after eating very little then you're going to have to do something gross to get enough calories to put on weight.

Eat loads of butter or vegetable oil with everything. If you can do it consistently and not want to puke, eat it straight. Butter/vegetable oil is almost pure fat, the most calorie dense macronutrient.

You lose weight by operating at a calorie deficit. This is known.
The way exercise helps this is by upping your energy expenditure. If you have some self control and don't binge eat to compensate, you will increase your deficit and accelerate weight loss.

My TDEE would be something like 1900kcal at 150lbs. So to drop a pound a week from my current weight of 167 (-3500kcal / week), that's about 1500kcal daily I should be eating. I wouldn't say that is extreme at all.

Once I get to 150lbs I'm going to see how I feel, and if comfy there then I can eat 1800-2000kcal and not gain from that weight. That said, now that I'm used to eating less, I might just keep going lower. The real thing I've found while dropping this weight is I don't NEED that much food to feel good. If anything I enjoy eating less because I hate the feeling after I eat of being super full.

I also have small relatively healthy snacks throughout the day.

I don't count calories. I used to be more obsessed with hitting my macros, but I did so to a point that increased my overall caloric intake, so I just don't bother now.

Nope, nothing. I'd be lying if I felt nothing, there's definitely a nagging feeling in my stomach but when it gets bad I have a full meal (like last night) and I'm good to go for a day or two.

i try to eat 4 times a day at least and obviously this list isn't concrete. depends what the market is pushing. sometimes berries go on sale real cheap and ill horde them and make a bunch of smoothies all week. also i get really into making soup and chili sometimes. you have to be willing to cook for yourself though otherwise youll be broke and still fat. if you are trying to lose weight i really suggest using the paleo diet strategy and flipping your portions of meat to vegetables. basically double your veggies and halve your meat. youll shit a lot better too. although if you take anything away from this i'd say only drink water or shit that you use to mix into water like tea and coffee but nothing artificially sweetened. you need to get over your addiction to sugar (i.e. sweet tooth) and you never will by drinking diet teas, diet colas, and all that garbage. seriously, drink only water and drink a lot of it. youll be surprised by how quickly you curb your cravings.
