go look at the dnp general in /fit/. it's a dangerous banned diet supplement that can kill you if you overdose, you will be hot and sweaty all day, and you can lose a lb a day. you gotta make sure not to overheat.

otherwise losing 5kg in a month and a half is easy. just eat at a 500-1000 calorie deficit every day.

You should be moving fast enough where you can't sing or talk to yourself. When it starts to get uncomfortable, know that if you keep running for 5 minutes that pain disappears.
