Otona means adult, ni signifies the indirect object or specific purpose/direction... nareba is the hypothetical form of naru which means become

It's outside my capacity as I'm occupied atm

But it depends on your skill level. I'm a beginning Japanese student but if you're advanced, for Popeye in particular, I think it would take at least three hours to translate all 200 pages. And we are fortunate that most of the pages are covered in pictures :)
