No I've had a police patch of my hometown on my backpack for about a year now and nothings happened.

I'd stay away from it regardless.

I bought pic related and been hassled pretty much every single time I wear it. I'm Canadian so there's no chance people think I'm a real cop or anything, but I get called out constantly for wearing "stolen authority". Real cops have made it pretty clear they would stomp the shit out of me if they see me wearing it again.
