really, anything made by CYC is pretty good, so reigning champ, wings + horns, supreme etc all made by the same factory in canada.

you can also take a look at loopwheeled fabrics, there are only a few loopwheeling machines left in the world, i think most of them are in japan i think with maybe one or so in germany and the US
take a look at strike gold, real mccoys.. those are what i can remember off the top of my head

I have a few Reigning Champ basic pieces. All have been awesome quality and have lasted me years now. Also have a wings + horns henley that's been great too. Worth the price imo.

I would try finding crew necks off grailed, usually unworn for 1/2 the price.

I have some stuff from Reigning Champs and other people can even tell the quality is pretty great.
