Is there a name for this kind of lacing? I'm liking the look of this compared to the one or two wraps people do on tricky ricks, but im having trouble coming up with what it would work with (actual boots in pic related are ugly as fuck). I feel as though something like the SFBs are too tall but high-top sneakers are too short. Anyone got any inspo?

Multi lace
dior homme ss2010? designed by kris van assche i believe, quite similar to his other high tops he does under KVA brand though i prefer the shape/silhouette of these slightly. (your OP looks like a knockoff of them)

cop yourself a time machine and head to your local Dior Homme retailer 6 years ago.
ugly as hell
Not what OP was referring to but how do you wrap the laces of a converse around it without them sliding up? can't find it anywhere and I've tried it a few times with it ending in the same result
