Do you know any good tech-looking sneakers for winter ? I am currently hesitating around the tubular runners or some huaraches utility but they dont look like they be very warm or waterproof.
I think most of the the winterized or sneakerboots look ugly as fuck, especially since they all are high tops which are not easy to match with a goofninja silhouette.

3XDRY Dryskin and 3XDRY treated cotton are different fabrics. No experience with the latter but I'd recommend Slim Dungarees because of the durability.
To maintain water repellency wash with Atsko Sports Wash and don't feel the need to wash often.

Nah. Had that jacket. Not that impressed unless you just care about people seeing ACG written all over you.
For anyone who can't afford Acronym, check out the Tilak Loke. Basically a ventile version of an older Acronym softshell made in the same factory.
Arm articulation is exactly the same as Acronym and the hood system is pretty neat (folds up outside the collar). The cut is so much better than any of the ACG stuff.
Paid $300+shipping from Germany.

Descente Allterrain (Descente's Veilance line).
Tried the ISF jacket (now called the Para-hood) and the hood system has to be my favorite for sure. When not in use, it top of the hood zips to the collar.
They also use Dermizax fabric from Toray who are basically Japanese Gore-tex. Supposedly doesn't need as much maintenance. Didn't feel much of an improvement in breathability though.
