Is this a serious question? You can tell someone's fashion sense by looking at them. Finding someone with a fashion sense you like is literally the EASIEST thing in the world. Just look for people who's fashion you like and go talk to them. How someone's dressed is something you can see without even talking to them.

when i go to church i make about 30% more friends than in AA meetings, i think but those are definitely both options!
